Biography:

Mr. Knutsen joined the ICI Team in April, 2009.  Mr. Knutsen has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance.  Allan has over 20 years of management experience, and has been involved in project management, business development, marketing and financial management.  He was an Engineer and Manager for PEPCO in various roles for 11 years and has had his own consulting business for 17 years.  In addition to focusing on our pipeline to make sure that as many of our projects go to construction as possible, Allan will also be involved in managing our new sales.
