Mrs. Pack joined the Company as Service Department Dispatcher to mainly be in charge of scheduling the Account Manager’s service tickets for all our Share Saving customers. Six months later, Mrs. Pack took over a second responsibility as the Company Receptionist. Since the beginning, Mrs. Pack represents the company in a professional and positive manner by providing excellent service to all customers and employees.
