Biography:

Mr. Woods is the Construction Manager for the Irrigation Department. Mr. Woods is a Certified Irrigation Contractor, Irrigation Specialist, and has many years of experience as a Project Manager/Superintendent.  He comes to WMI with 18 years of experience in the Irrigation field. Also, Dave has been a volunteer firefighter for over 20 years and is very knowledgeable on Safety and OSHA requirements for irrigation jobs.
