Biography:

Prior to coming to work at Water Management, Mr. Reffitt worked 18 years in maintenance at The Colonies, an 826 apartment complex in Arlington, VA.  His responsibilities included carpentry, plumbing, drywall, electrical and all general maintenance issues related to this apartment complex.  JC joined WMI in February of 2005 and was assigned to the public housing sector as a project specialist.  During his 3 years at WMI, he has worked on public housing projects in NY, SC, TN, FL, OH, PA, and IN.  His current responsibilities associated with public housing include inventory and warehouse maintenance, installations, and supervising subcontractors.
