BIOGRAPHY:
Mr. Carlsen oversees Water Management's ICI Department. He actively manages a team of Project Developers responsible for evaluating ICI sites for water conservation opportunities, facilitating conservation solutions, and generating cost/benefit analyses and proposals for energy service companies. His responsibilities also include developing conservation projects within a broad customer base (universities, hospitals, public schools, office buildings) for savings opportunities, including both domestic and non-domestic
His role as the Business Unit Leader provides him an opportunity to incorporate his over 10 years experience in construction, water conservation, project management and proposal development. He has received training in asbestos awareness, OSHA 10 hour training and SLOAN certified training. |

Project Manager - Mark Mattingly
BIOGRAPHY:
Mark started in February 2012 as a Steam Project Manager for commercial, institutional, and prison facilities.
Mark comes to WMI with extensive experience in steam system operation and maintenance, with in-depth
knowledge of systems ranging from low pressure to 1200 PSI. Mr. Mattingly is a former Navy boiler room
technician with an Associates of Applied Science degree in industrial management.Mark has had training
in asbestos awareness, permit required confined space training, and OSHA 10 hour training.

BIOGRAPHY:
Chris joined the ICI Team as an Auditor in May 2009. Chris has broad experience in construction projects where he has acted as Project Superintendent, Project Manager and Developer. In the past, he worked for Aqualine and received extensive OSHA Training. An area of expertise for Chris is Steam and he will be assisting on the upcoming steam projects within the company. |

BIOGRAPHY:
Matt started with WMI in 2011 and is project developer and manager for commercial, institutional, and prison facilities for both water and steam projects. He also has experience in surveying steam and water for prisons, K-12, universities and hospitals. He has in depth experience at overseeing the day to day installation of water and steam efficiency projects for all types of clients. He is responsible for managing the subcontractor, daily reporting, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. Matt has had training in asbestos awareness, permit required confined space training, OSHA 10 hour training, and Sloan PWT certified training.

BIOGRAPHY:
Jeff comes to us from Syracuse, NY, as a Prison developer. In addition, he has cross-trained with our ICI department to assist in commercial project development. He has a Major in Environment and Science, and also Chemistry, and a minor in Environmental Chemistry from University of Toronto. While at the U of T, he completed a sustainability analysis in which he investigated the University’s fuel and energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, and environmental footprint. |

Chris joins the ICI development team from Wisconsin where he graduated with honors with a degree in Watershed Administration and Soil Science from UW-Stevens Point. Following this, he worked in 5 countries with his most recent achievement being an MBA degree in International Business from Furtwangen University in Germany. | |

Project Support Specialist - Mark Hemphill

BIOGRAPHY:
During his 10 year career at WMI, Mr. Hemphill started as a crew member, became a crew leader, and due to his stron computer and organizational skills, he was promoted to Operations Administrator and later to ICI Administrative Project Manager. In this role, Mr. Hemphill is responsible for: monitoring project variables, reporting the status of on-going constructions, measuring the on-going project activities, assisting project development's analysis of audit data, submitting payment application packages, managing documentation requests, and preparing close-out documents. Mark received a BS degree in Biological Science at Colorado State University. | |

BIOGRAPHY
Richard (Rick) Stec joined Water Management on Monday June 13, 2011. Rick previously worked at
Aqualine from 1996 to 2011 where he held several positions. Most recently he held the role of
corporate safety manager, quality assurance for the company's most challenging projects, and
purchasing manager. Rick started his career at Aqualine as a National Construction Manager where
he managed five installers for retrofitting toilets for customers nationwide. He brings in-depth
knowledge about water conservation and steam system optimization. He has had training in asbestos
awareness, permit required confined space training, OSHA 10 hour training, and Sloan PWT certified
training.
