BIOGRAPHY:
Mr. Jacquay returns to Water Management to focus on a number of technical special projects including sub-meters and construction of our new lab. As a WMI employee from 1989 to 1996, Ken was responsible for several operational and technical advances, including the establishment of our original testing lab and development of a patented cart for safely and easily hauling toilets (also known as the "Ken cart"), Following his first tour of duty with WMI, Ken held senior operations management roles at service and retail companies in the Washington area. He also has prior experience in sales and operations for retail firms. Ken Jacquay has joined the Multi-Family team as well. In addition to continuing to work on the near-completed lab and sub-metering projects, Ken will be assisting the Multi-Family Operations team in providing excellent service to our Shared Savings and Service Contacted customers. |

BIOGRAPHY:
Mr. Lipov joined the WMI team with a great deal of sales experience already under his belt. He has worked in upper management for several successful companies, including a plumbing and electrical distributor. Before coming to WMI, he worked as an independent factory representative for plumbing parts and OSHA education material. This rich background in sales, construction and plumbing has brought amazing value to WMI and made him an integral part of WMI's sales team. Barry is a native Washingtonian who was educated at American University and Ben Franklin University. He received degrees in Business Management and Accounting. | |

BIOGRAPHY:
Ed comes to us from Johnson Controls where he
worked as a Solutions Development Leader in the Healthcare vertical market. He has in depth experience
developing large complex solutions for his customers and then leading teams of Energy Engineers through
the task of developing the projects. Prior to JCI, Ed worked for Aqualine Resources and H2O Applied
Technologies in a Business Development role. Before entering the Energy industry, Ed worked for companies
such as Hughes Aircraft, G.E. Medical Systems and Enerpac in Systems Engineering and Regional Management
roles. He also lived in Kabul Afghanistan in 2004 as an NGO serving the local economy. Ed received a BS in
Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Marquette University. He also received his Certified Energy Management
(CEM) and LEED GA® certifications in 2010.

BIOGRAPHY:
Specializing in hospitality and multi-unit residential properties, Mr. Ferguson designs, sells, and
project manages water efficient programs for clients. He consults with managers and property owners
on many aspects of domestic water related problems including consumption analysis, pressure reduction, pressure
balancing, tier value replacement, underground leak detection, and fire hydrant testing and flushing.

BIOGRAPHY:
As Director of Project Development (DPD), Mr. Jacobeen is responsible for sales, development, contract adminstration, and project management (as needed) for water conservation projects. He coordinates staff which provides expert evaluation of the existing water use and the associated cost for institutional, commercial, and industrial facilities. The identified custom water conservation measures are packaged to create a comprehensive water (and energy) conservation project. The projects are designed with special attention to product selection to ensure functionality and sustainable water savings. |

BIOGRAPHY: Mr. Gildehaus joined the Water Management team in 1992. Starting from the ground up as a field technician, he learned how to manage jobs, repair and install a variety of plumbing fixtures, and interact with customers.
From 1994 to 1997, Charlie had surveyed and determined WMI's methods of reducing water consumption at all of WMI's work sites. He turned his attention to WMI's national water efficiency efforts in multi-unit housing. Charlie has developed and worked on 20 major jobs around the United States and is one of our specialists in the field. He's always looking for new opportunities to save water, methods to perform our work more cost effectively, and continues to learn about and install new water efficient products. Charlie specializes in the design and monitoring of WMI's long-term programs. Charlie received his BS from Dickinson College and MS in Environmental Education from Lesley College. Since the early 1990's, he has set target ADC's for our Shared Savings and Performance Contracting business. Charlie is an integral part of the Management Team for all of WMI's PHA work. |

BIOGRAPHY:
Mr. Knutsen joined the ICI Team in April, 2009. Mr. Knutsen has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Finance. Allan has over 20 years of management experience, and has been involved in project management, business development, marketing and financial management. He was an Engineer and Manager for PEPCO in various roles for 11 years and has had his own consulting business for 17 years. In addition to focusing on our pipeline to make sure that as many of our projects go to construction as possible, Allan will also be involved in managing our new sales. |

BIOGRAPHY:
Jamie joined the WMI team in 2011 and is currently responsible managing and growing revenues for the Northeast region. As regional manager, Jamie also manages all day to day activities for successful development and implementation of water, steam and solar projects for WMI’s customers. Jamie has had training in asbestos awareness, permit required confined space training, and OSHA 10 hour training.
