Service Manager - Ken Jacquay

BIOGRAPHY:

Mr. Jacquay returns to Water Management to focus on a number of technical special projects including sub-meters and construction of our new lab. As a WMI employee from 1989 to 1996, Ken was responsible for several operational and technical advances, including the establishment of our original testing lab and development of a patented cart for safely and easily hauling toilets (also known as the “Ken cart”), Following his first tour of duty with WMI, Ken held senior operations management roles at service and retail companies in the Washington area. He also has prior experience in sales and operations for retail firms.  Ken Jacquay has joined the Multi-Family team as well.  In addition to continuing to work on the near-completed lab and sub-metering projects, Ken will be assisting the Multi-Family Operations team in providing excellent service to our Shared Savings and Service Contacted customers.
 
 
 

Service Coordinator - Spencer Horner

BIOGRAPHY:

Spencer joined Water Management on in January 2011 as a Technician in the Operations department. He now works in the Multi-Family division as a Project Superintendent . He previously worked as a sales and marketing specialist at a small online education company after graduating from college.
 
 

Service Project Developer - Ahmed Chebaane

BIOGRAPHY:

Ahmed graduated from George Mason University with a minor in Business Management and a major in Biology. He has international experience from working at USAID, and from working, living and traveling overseas. He has done volunteer work in Uganda assisting orphans from newborns to teenagers; and has worked as a coach in after school programs for children. He began working for WMI as an assistant to Russ in 2008, and is currently working as an administrative assistant in our Multi-Family department.
 
 
 
Service Technician - Ward Corbin

BIOGRAPHY:

Mr. Corbin has been with WMI since December of 1995. Mr. Corbin came to WMI through a former WMI employee.  Ward is dependable and a very dedicated employee.  He is a sports enthusiast and enjoys football and boxing.  Ward also is a Minister in the gospel and is dedicated to his church.
 
 
 
Service Technician - Wayne Shepherd

BIOGRAPHY:

Mr. Shepherd is one of WMI’s Senior Account Managers.  He started as a crew member, was promoted to crew leader, and became an Account Manager shortly after.  Most recently, Mr. Shepherd has been assigned to Special Projects within the Service Department due to his high technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and always friendly attitude.  Mr. Shepherd strengths lie is his troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
 
 
 
Service Technician - Pastor Mackall

BIOGRAPHY:


Mr. Mackall has been an employee of WMI since September of 2001.  Pastor came to WMI through a referral by his friend, Ward Corbin.  Pastor is a hard worker.  His customers and co-workers like him very much.  Pastor is big fan of martial arts and is an amateur bowler.  Pastor is actually pastor of a church, and in the coming month will be ordained as a Bishop.
