BIOGRAPHY:
Matthew is a highly knowledgeable Project Developer in the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI) Department. His primary duties include evaluating ICI sites for water conservation opportunities, facilitating conservation solutions, generating cost/benefit analyses, and proposals for a variety of customers, including a number of energy service companies. As a project developer, he is responsible for creating conservation projects within a broad customer base (universities, hospitals, public schools, office buildings) for potential savings opportunities, incorporating both domestic and non-domestic measures. Mr. Ridout holds undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and History and a MA in History from San Diego State University. In addition to his multiple degrees, he is a Certified Water Efficiency Practioner in the CA/NV region in which he is a member of the AWWA. He is recognized by ARCSA as an Accredited Professional in the area of rainwater harvesting. Mr. Ridout is a published author with works that have been featured in the LA Times and a handful of other magazines. |

BIOGRAPHY:
Mr. Hall joined WMI in 2011 as a Project Support Specialist in the Fort Wort
office. Elliott's responsibilities include conducting water conservation audits,
creating savings models, and writing reports detailing potential conservation
measures for changing behavior and equipment. His interest in sustainability
grew while earning a B.S. in Sociology from Texas A&M and organizing social
and environmental justice events with a group he co-founded, The Association
for Social Entrepreneurship.

BIOGRAPHY:
Mr. Hoffman's professional areas of experise include: water conservation and drought plan development; industrial, commercial and institutional water conservation audits; water resource planning; development of sustainable sources of water (water reuse, rainwater harvesting and other on-site sources); and sustainable, green design for water conservation. Mr. Hoffman holds many organizational memberships and is involved in several nationwide committee activities at the American Water Works Association (AWWA), U.S. Green Building Council's Water Efficiency Technical Advisory Group, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), and Green Globes. Mr. Hoffman has been instrumental in drafting numerous pieces of water conservation related legislation and has lectured on ICI water conservation, energy-water relationships, and on future water requirements for energy and industrial development throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, the Middle East and South America. In addition, he has been the author and/or co-author of numerous publications, guidebooks, papers and other works on municipal and industrial water conservation, drought management, rainwater harvesting, water reuse and the development of alternate water resources for commercial and industrial activities. |

BIOGRAPHY:
More than thirty-five years of progressive experience in inspection, problem solving, conservation and treatment program development for industrial water systems. These systems include potable, process, boiler, cooling and waste water, with special emphasis on and knowledge of, water conservation, recycle, reuse, water treatment equipment and chemical treatment applications. He has special knowledge in microbiology, including Legionella testing, training and system evaluation for commercial / industrial customers. He has completed Water Conservation projects for 35 years with Refining, Oil/Gas, Pulp and Paper, Manufacturing and Petrochemical industries with companies such as Texas Instruments, Du Pont, Georgia Pacific, Palo Verdi Nuclear. He helped start the San Antonio Water Systems RC/RU Project in 1997 and finished 250 ICI audits for a projected total of 1.2 b/gal/yr, helped start City of Denver ICI Project and started the City of Dallas ICI Project Phase I, Phase A / B and completed the first 60 ICI audits for a potential savings of 262 m/gal/yr. |

Mr. Burke specializes in water conservation systems and water resources
consulting. Mr. Burke has 34 years plumbing experience and 10 years in
technical instruction. Mr. Burke received his BA from Highland
University in Las Vegas, NM.
Consultant/Technical Advisor, Resource Wise/USBOR Grants
(2004-Present). Under U.S. Bureau of Reclamation Grants, coordinate the accumulation
and organization of pertinent historic and technical water use data,
develop water and wastewater rate structures based on operational and
fiscal data, and create 40-Year Water Management Plans for various New
Mexico communities. Provide technical support including water and
wastewater system assessment and community water related conservation
program consultation.
Contract Service Provider/Consultant/Technical Advisor, Resource Sandia National Laboratories (2004-Present). Assess and evaluate the progress of the Sandia National Laboratory Water Conservation Program. Perform detailed water audits on over 100 facilities. Gather and evaluate historic water use data for consumption patterns and system loss for all of the more than 550 facilities including evaluation of the landscape irrigation program.
